Service Policy
Service Policy
This Service Policy explains how Coordinatez generally approaches consultations, proposals, project scope, revisions, timelines, and client responsibilities.
Consultation
Initial discussions help us understand your business, current tools, goals, timeline, and the type of system you want to build, fix, or improve.
Proposal and scope
Approved projects should have a written scope describing deliverables, responsibilities, timeline expectations, pricing, and any assumptions or exclusions.
Revisions
Revision terms depend on the approved project scope. Minor adjustments may be included, while larger changes may require a revised estimate or additional approval.
Timelines
Project timelines depend on scope, client feedback, content delivery, third-party tools, approvals, and technical complexity. Timeline estimates are confirmed only when stated in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients may need to provide content, access credentials, brand assets, business requirements, approvals, feedback, and timely communication so work can move forward.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, refund, deposit, and milestone terms depend on the written agreement or invoice for the specific project. Work already completed or reserved may not be refundable.
Support
Post-launch support, maintenance, monitoring, and updates are handled according to the approved service agreement or support plan.
